Michael Pollan – How Cooking Can Change Your Life

Michael Pollan has been writing books and articles about the places where nature and culture intersect: on our plates, in our farms and gardens, and in the built environment.

In this video, he argues that cooking your own food is one of the most important action steps you could take to protect you and your families health.   I couldn’t agree more.  I know too much about the food supply and processed food.  (Michael discusses how McDonalds french fries are grown and it’ll have you rethinking putting even one in your mouth.)

Enjoy.  Then go to the grocery store and buy some foods that will spoil if you don’t cook them.  Cook them.  Enjoy them.  And do the dishes!
