In all seriousness though, too much fat, even if it is coconut oil, gets stored in your muscles and liver and disrupts insulin signaling. In time, this can ONLY result in pre-diabetes or high blood sugar. There have been many clinical trials documenting such (DPP for one). But it’s not very popular right now to say things like that. Fat tastes good and it sells.
Eat coconut oil. It’s fine for high heat. But don’t add it to your coffee and everything else you eat.
