8 Ways to STOP Emotional Eating So You Can Lose Weight!

We’ve all been an emotional eater at one time or another.  It might seem like will power (or lack of) but it’s basic physiology.

If we don’t eat enough calories – and the right kind of calories – we fall prey to eating anything that crosses our path.  Right?!  I think we can all “amen” to this.

But there are other reasons we eat the ‘wrong’ food or eat when we aren’t hungry too, and THAT is what we are talking about today.

One of my newsletter subscribers, Laurie, asked that I address emotional eating.  So I am sharing tips that help me, as well as tips I’ve seen work for others.

8 Ways to STOP Emotional Eating So You Can Lose Weight! 

This is a brief outline so be sure to tune in to the video so they make sense!   Then, pick one or two and get going!

1.  Know your WHY

2.  Improve your self esteem

3.  Find other ways to experience happiness/joy

4.  Look around.  Do you REALLY want health like your fellow American’s?

5.  Learn the truth about health

6.  Watch documentaries so you KNOW THE TRUTH

7.  Have YOUR food prepped

8.  DON’T BUY IT.  AND DON’T BRING IT HOME if it’s not your food!
