Creamy Tahini Broccoli

I love recipes with less than 5 ingredients! It makes cooking good food fun and easy!

This recipe is so good and only uses THREE ingredients!

Tahini is just ground sesame seeds.  Kind of like peanut butter is just ground peanuts. 

Tahini is easy to digest, a plant source of protein, and loaded with calcium.

Makes about 2 servings.


1-2 cups broccoli, chopped
1/4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp Tahini



1. Place broccoli, lemon juice, and 1/4 cup water in skillet. Steam over medium heat until it’s as tender as you’d like.
2. Remove any excess water, if any.
3.  Stir in tahini and serve warm.
4.  Garnish with a few whole sesame seeds if you’d like!
