1 cup non-dairy milk (if you use soy, be SURE it’s organic)
2 Tbsp walnuts (great source of omega 3 fatty acids)
1/4 cup organic canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp each: ginger, cinnamon
1/4 tsp each: nutmeg, honey
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy a guilt-free, healthy smoothie!
*Note: If you are on the SCD diet, it is best to wait to add any type of milk back to your diet until you have been on the diet for a couple weeks.
