“I believe with all my heart that we are what we eat….”

You can’t put bad gas in a car and then expect it to win the Indy 50.

Our bodies are no different.

Our diet affects everything we do –
starting with digestion and absorption, and the downstream effects that our diet has on our level of inflammation, immune regulation, our ability to handle stress via hormone production, regulation of blood sugar and cholesterol, sleep quality, hormone balance, bone strength, muscular tone, weight management,  skin elasticity and tone,  brain function, prevention of chronic disease……

Hippocrates was right when he said “Let food be your medicine”

I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist using a unique combination of training in a whole foods plant-based diet, supplements, herbs, lifestyle changes, detoxification therapies, and mind/body therapies.

In my 20 years of clinical practice, I have guided hundreds of people as they recovered their health.

By the time you find me, you’ve probably been to (too) many doctors and specialists. Although you’ve spent a lot of money and tried a lot of things, you are likely still “sick and tired” and don’t have any answers about how to actually heal.

Some of you might be more confused than ever!

I love helping people understand the root causes of chronic disease.  I love making complex subjects simple. I love to learn and I love sharing the life changing truths with you!

Let’s get to know each other!

“Tracy, I want to thank you for ALL your help over the past 6 months. I have more energy, am sleeping soundly, I can eat without feeling bloated and miserable, my skin is brighter and my hair feels healthy again. I’ve shed pounds and my joint pain is gone. I’ve even been able to come off my thyroid meds!”

my personal story

My own journey around health has been a jagged road.

I was born sick, left the hospital on a pharmaceutical drug, and the doctors told my mom to “get a job “so she could get away from me and my non-stop crying. Obviously something was wrong, but the doctors didn’t know what it was, so they just drugged me!

I was diagnosed with a bi-lateral hip disease in kindergarten, and had custom leg braces for 2 years. Ultimately, one hip joint didn’t form properly, I was told I would need hip replacements, and I’ve never been able to sit cross legged.  But I was tough and this didn’t hold me back.

Fast forward to high school, and I had plenty of energy to get in the usual teenage trouble. ?

I love to help, and give advice, so I got my first bachelors degree in psychology in 1987 and was going through life like people do, until I was rear-ended at high speed while stopped on an interstate in Arizona. I can look back now and see the wreck triggered a case of mononucleosis, but I didn’t know that at the time. I was T.I.R.E.D, I gained a significant amount of weight, and I was put on thyroid meds…in addition to my chronic neck pain.  I started to see a Naturopath and was introduced to natural medicine.

Slowly but surely, I lost the weight and got my energy back.  Although I remained on thyroid meds.  As a result of my healing, I returned to formal schooling for my 2nd bachelors in nutrition, a Master of Science degree in nutrition, and an internship all from Bastyr University. I loved my new world and knowledge, and I had many good years.

The perfect storm of events happened and in 2015.  I started to feel unwell and it progressed throughout the year.  I spent a lot of money on tests and diagnosis. Long story short I was labeled with genetic SNP’s, SIBO, Epstein Barr Virus (EBV), chronic neurological Lyme and was told that maybe there was mold in our house etc. And I was still medicating for hypothyroidism 24 years later.

Perhaps most disappointing of all was that after all of the money on tests to identify what was wrong, I was still left without any viable solutions to get well.  So, I started researching new information and praying.

I found the work of Anthony Williams.  I implemented his suggested diet and supplement protocols for Lyme/EBV. After a year of declining health, I started to improve within weeks!

A few months later, I was one of a very small group of people worldwide who was accepted into Anthony Williams private training and support group (2016). It’s quite a story and maybe someday I’ll share it publicly. The training and support program ran for 3 years, and it has had a significant impact on my clinical practice. Not only have I healed (hallelujah!), I am able to use the BEST POSSIBLE INFORMATION to help my patients heal too.

I feel strongly that when God led me down this unusual path, He also convicted me that it is my job and life purpose to share what I’ve learned so you too can shine YOUR light!

My husband Johny and I live in Montana, at the end of the road on about 30 acres. Johny is a hands-on general contractor/builder and he works hard every day!   We have had all kinds of farm animals over the years (horses, cows, sheep, goats, and chickens). We enjoy boating on the Yellowstone and Big Horn river, camping, 4-wheeling, 2-stepping, and biking. We love a good beach vacation! I manage a large garden each summer, and we love eating food we’ve grown ourselves. Johny is easy to feed and he truly appreciates our diet!  We live a relatively simple life, and I am thankful on a daily basis for all the blessings God has provided for us, including my health, as well as the information to be able help others reclaim their freedom that has been stolen from them.  It doesn’t seem that long ago that I was “too tired” to do anything and I am grateful each day that I am no longer sick!

“Tracy,
Since my time with you I have been able to overcome so much! Thanks to you and your recommendations, I was able to get back on a healthy path and over the past year, have been almost able to eat much of the things that had to be removed from my diet.

I honestly feel the best I’ve felt in years and have been able to get off most of the medications I was taking for my fibromyalgia. It takes time, years, but it just goes to show how our bodies can overcome in the end.”

“I’ve pretty much had health challenges my whole life.

Headaches, rashes, fatigue, stomach issues, depression, weight gain, cancer, and possibly auto-immune issues.

A friend referred me to Tracy and I’m so glad.

I spent 8 full months under her care and I have learned so much.

We met the goals I had, and I continue to feel confident about the rest of my healing.”

“When I hired Tracy, I was stuck eating a low-FODMAP diet and taking rounds of antibiotics for SIBO. I’d been diagnosed with IBS & candida.

Tracy quickly identified the root causes, educated me about what to do and not to do, and I got started on my treatment plan. Within a month or so, I was eating apples again! My fingernails and hair shine were returning. My lifelong congestion and bloating were resolving. Then, I turned a big corner and was feeling amazing.

I worked with Tracy on a monthly basis for 6 months…”
