A few tips if you deal with slow motility or constipation

Tips to enhance motility!

1.  First thing in the morning:  Lemon water to purge your liver (1 quart!)  Wait 15-30 minutes and drink STRAIGHT celery juice after this.
2.  Start eating a few kiwi’s a day as a snack  (2 to 4 a day)
3.  Ripe and lightly spotted – not yellow or green – banana’s in your smoothies.  Add spinach to your smoothie to balance the fruit. 
4.  Figs, fresh or dried!  
5.  Fruit in general – papaya, mango, avocado, pears, apples, oranges, grapes.  It will keep things moving.  Eat fruit away from cooked food and meats, (or it’ll just ferment in your gut). 

I had SIBO several years ago and the BEST remedy ever – herbs or drugs – was to change to a raw based diet of fruits, veggies, and leafy greens.  They are easier to digest, and they allow your bile and HCl to replenish. 

I also eat raw fruits & veggies until dinner, which again, allows my body to easily digest the foods and use the extra energy to do other tasks.
