A few tips if you deal with slow motility or constipation

Tips to enhance motility!

1.  Lemon water to purge your liver (1 quart!)
2.  Start eating a few kiwi’s a day  (2 to 4 a day)
3.  Ripe not yellow or green banana’s
4.  Figs.  Num!
5.  Fruit in general – papaya, mango, avocado, pears, apples, oranges, grapes.  It will keep things moving.  Eat away from cooked food and meats or it’ll just ferment in your gut.  

I had SIBO several years ago and the BEST remedy ever – herbs or drugs – was to change to a raw based diet of fruits, veggies, and leafy greens.  I eat raw til dinner.  Stay tuned, one day I’ll let you know how easy that is.
