A Must Watch!

And if you’re wondering how people with diabetes can do this safely, you should know that there’s more to the story than conventional medicine will tell you.   Type 2 diabetes actually has a root cause in the liver being overburdened with fat.  You’ve probably heard of NAFLD – non alcoholic fatty liver disease.  It’s literally from too much fat in the diet.  The liver soaks it up like a sponge.  The liver only has so many “parking places” and it can either hold fat, or glucose (plus it holds toxins so they aren’t roaming our blood stream).  When the liver is full of fat – instead of glucose – it burdens the pancreas and things fall apart.

I have been helping those with hypoglycemia, pre-diabetes, and diabetes.  I encourage MORE fruit, less fat.  I have yet to see a case where blood sugar rises by eating fresh or frozen whole fruit.  Check your blood sugar all you want.  You’ll see.  CAVEAT – you must lower your fat intake incudling plant fats and animal fats.
